Economics: We strive to do what is most cost effective and efficient for our clients and our employees. Clients are always presented repair alternatives so that they can make the best financial decision for their personal situation. Our employees are paid hourly or are salaried to ensure their attention is on the job and the customer. Our employees are not financially rewarded to “upsell” parts or services not needed.

Ethics: We always assure that clients’ auto repairs are required and essential for their vehicles. We value a long term relationship with our clients over any short term financial gain. Our employee compensation and bonuses are tied to the success of the company as a whole, not the individual ticket amount. Employee pay structure is based on documented/demonstrated experience, and education. We actively recruit minorities and women and value a diverse workforce.

Environment: Our Chatham Parkway building is a LEED® registered project with the U.S. Green Building Council. RPM recycles or recovers tires, oil, trash, antifreeze, refrigerant, and auto parts at every opportunity. We use eco-friendly cleaning products and we hope to set an example in our industry by supporting sustainable energy and green initiatives. Our goal is to achieve 0% contribution to landfills.
