nice service. wonderful experience~ As an international student. it is always difficult to well communicate the problem i meet of something not familiar with. The staff walked me through every details with which i might have doubt and gave me a much more reasonable and economical recommendation compared with other shop had been to. Not only does they provide service, but sense of relief with my old car.

I have been dealing with car trouble for months, taking my vehicle to 5 different mechanics, including a Honda dealership. Everywhere I went, I was charged for things that didn't fix the initial issue, until I stumbled upon RPM. They not only showed me the issues, but fixed my car quickly and at a price noone can argue with!! I have never felt so at ease knowing where to go when my car needs repair. Very friendly, affordable, knowledgeable mechanics and staff. RPM Rocks!!! :D

RPM Rocks!! Very professional, friendly, affordable, and VERY skilled at their work. I went to several mechanics, including a Honda dealership, and no one could find the issue with our car except for RPM! I have been trying to fix my car for months and I am very grateful for honest, intelligent mechanics. I have NOTHING bad to say about RPM and I feel great knowing who I can trust with my cars from now on. :D

Rick and Jobeth don't use scare tactics to up-sell, and they are dedicated to communicating clearly and openly with their customers. I've been a loyal customer for 7 years because I've been so pleased with the quality of the work done at RPM, the knowledge of the staff, and the way I'm treated each time I visit. Rick has worked diligently to build relationships with his customers and provide professional and quality services. His business model is successful and one that others would benefit to imitate. I won't take my car anywhere else and even look forward to a routine oil change. Needing an oil change got me in the door 7 years ago, and the friendships I've made keep me coming back.
