I have never had such a great experience at an auto repair shop. The aesthetics of the shop are so welcoming. The staff is friendly and courteous. Last but not least they are honest. As long as I'm in Savannah I will take my car to RPM

RPM does excellent work and they include you in what they're doing every step of the way. Transparency is the name of the game here. The waiting area is separated from the shop by a massive window so you can watch them work on your car. Before they do any work on your car they will ask you what you want to have done. They brought me a printed list of the things that needed to be fixed on my decades-old Explorer and and told me what needed to be taken care of that day and what could wait, with prices included. They also brought me out and showed me the complications with the repairs and explained them in layman's terms. There are no surprises here; they never come back with a huge bill for work you didn't even know was being done, like other places I've been. They get the work done quickly too. Before my appointment they had already ordered any parts they thought I might need so I wouldn't have to wait for parts to arrive. They even drove the car around for a little while to make sure everything was in running order before they sent me on my way. If you need any work done on your vehicle, whether it's an oil change or a huge repair, this is the place to go.

As always, the staff go above and beyond expectations. I would highly advise everyone to take their cars to be serviced by the professional team at RPM.

I love working with experts, and RPM Autoworx are the car repair surgeons!They fine tunes my car to perfection. After buying a used car, I brought it in and asked them to treat it like it was their own. They suggested only repairs that were typical for the cars mileage, and they did not go over my budget one bit!They called and followed up with me every step of the way. Rapid. Responsive. Reasonable. Romantic.

The work I had done was done in a timely manner. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced. I was in and out of there in approx. 1.5hrs. The price I paid was exactly the price I was quoated.

Having to buy a new battery the other morning on my way to work was the LAST thing I expected to be doing. After the gentleman from the City Sewer/Water crew and the gentleman from the towing company that pulled up next to my car, which decided not to start after I filled up with gas and was preparing to leave, were kind enough to assist with getting the car started again, I drove straight to RPM to hopefully have a new battery installed before continuing to work. THANK YOU KILE for taking the time to find the correct battery for my Vue, installing immediately, and then testing the alternator as well to make sure it wasn't in need of replacing as well!!!! Made the rest of my day worry-free!! :)
