RPM is by far the best auto shop in the area! They pay attention to each customer's needs and know you by name when you walk in the door. My wife and I are always treated with respect and they always show/explain everything they find, giving us piece of mind that I am paying for services and repairs that are needed, not fabricated! If we can't be at their shop when they diagnose an issue, they send us pictures!The prices and warranty are equally as impressive as the customer service! My repairs were going to take most of the day so I was provided a loaner car! How many independent shops offer that!Thank you, RPM, for bringing INTEGRITY and VALUE back into the auto repair business!

Once again RPM went above and beyond to provide me with the best customer service experience! I feel welcome every time I walk in the door, and to be greeted by my name immediately puts me at ease because I know I'm more than a vehicle to the owners and the employees. The tech was outstanding--both polite and communicative...and didn't even laugh when I attempted to make the noise I was hearing in my vehicle. I wasn't even disappointed when I needed to return the next day to complete my service because I knew all the work done was necessary--I'm never scammed. Rick and Moira run an amazing business and employ top-notch people. Sean is a great addition to the team. I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else! (And just so you know, they totally rock my face off!)

I am impressed with the customer service provided at RPM Autoworx. The staff are willing and available to answer any questions you may have without the condescending vibe you get at other car repair shops. I am always taken to my car to see exactly what needs to get done and I am told what the parts do and why they need to be replaced.
