I was very happy with how quickly they could accommodate my car! The drop box option is ideal for people who can’t get to them during regular hours. The service is always good. If I have the tiniest complaint, it’s because this most recent visit they forgot to reset my check engine light after my oil change. I’m sure it can be fixed quickly on my next week day off! The lobby is always stocked with nice magazines, is very comfortable and always smells good.

I have been taken advantage of by service departments at dealerships for years. I am so happy to have found Rick and his staff at RPM. They are honest and tell it like it is. My 2020 VW Passat is now out of warranty and RPM just performed my 40,000 mile maintenance. Thank you guys for your professionalism and honesty. You have a customer for life.
