From the phone conversation with Rick to the actual service that I was having provided; I felt at ease about everything. It appears that everyone gets along and has fun working together. Scott is the technician who performed the install on my vehicle and he was very helpful and professional concerning all of the details That needed to take place in order for the install to be a success. Rick quoted me a price over the phone when I spoke with him, however since it didn’t take quite as long he cut a great deal off of the price. I will definitely be returning to them to have future work done.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a shop to take my 2 vehicles to & was fortunate to find RPM after an exhaustive search. I met Rick, the owner, and after talking with him got the feeling that I’d found a shop I can trust to work on my cars. I just had an oil change but will be using RPM for all future service work....!!!
