Had to bump my review to 4 stars. My vehicle after alignment was pulling to the left but after nearly a week it’s stopped. I guess maybe it was the tires breaking in, don’t really know but it’s fine now. The owner also personally called me and offered to fix the issue which I really appreciate. Excellent customer service. I only took off one star for the car being returned with greasy rims. I understand it can simply be washes off but that’s even more reason for them to have been cleaned after service. Owner is a good guy and I have a feeling my experience was a one off.

Definitely will bring my vehicles to this location again. called on Monday was able to get my vehicle in on Wednesday. Called me with estimate by Wednesday afternoon and had me driving my 2007 out the door on Thursday afternoon. Hands down best automotive and customer service I have experienced in my 22 years experience of dealing with automotive shops. Fair pricing and offered a military discount without me asking. Already planning to bring another ol school vehicle down from Augusta to have then work on it rather than find a shop in Augusta. I believe in their service.

I dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready right after lunch at 1:30pm. Location: It is located right off of 17 on Chatham Parkway going toward 16 on the right hand side. In between a KFC (CHICKEN!) and a Midwife Birth Center. There isn't much parking at all so you will end up having to park in the Birthing center lot (which I felt a little bad about, but I wasn't there long). Shop: The front Shop/office area was dimly light and clean and the A/C was a plus with the summer heat we have been having. There is a display of awards off to the side, with some comfy seating and restrooms toward the back. And windows along the back wall looking into the garage. Which was empty at the time other then a oldies car. Customer Service: I didn't have to wait more then 5 minutes before I was greeted by Rick who I could hear was on a phone call in the office. We exchanged greetings. He walked out with me to see my car and check my old tires to see if I needed to also have a alignment done. Which lucky for me I didn't need! He was super friendly and knowledgeable and at no point made me feel like he was pressuring me into getting more then I was comfortable with. I decided to use RPM because I had heard good reviews from previous clients and I wanted to know that I was leaving my car baby in good hands. I didn't need anything crazy done this visit. Just needed to have my old tires removed and the new ones added with a balancing. Overall: I'm very happy with the service I received and I will be using them again in the future even if it's just a oil change.

Been here twice for an oil change and engine repair, and have nothing but nice things to say. Rick has always been very helpful, and I always feel that my car is in good hands.

Everything was great, except for the appointment process. I made an appointment online for 8:15 on Monday, but it turned out they couldn't get to the car until Wednesday. Much better to make an appointment over the phone.
