I wish I could leave 6 stars‼️ Rick and his team are absolutely amazing. There was so much going on with my Mustang from previous tunes and work. They had to work backwards to fix it‼️ Rick makes you feel like family. I will never take my car anywhere else.. they are great

Took our 2015 Kia soap to deal because passenger side low beam would not work. Thought it might be covered under warranty. I had changed the light so the bulb was not the problem. They said the cover was missing and that caused the problem. Told them the cover was sitting there because I had replaced the light. They ordered one anyway and guess what, still did not work. Then they said it needed a main wiring harness for $2,000 being rats had chewed on it. I took the car home and check and could not find any broken wires. Rpm found a switch that was bad and replace it for less than 40% of what the dealer wanted. Glade the car is out of warranty soon so I can just come to rpm first. Great job at a great price.

Rick and his employees are always personable and professional. A few months ago I tore away some plastic sheathing underneath my car. Called Rick to take a look at the damage. Brought the car in to his shop. After they had the car for about a half hour , Rick said it was all set. Asked Rick what I owed him and he said nothing, just needed to be riveted back up. He did not even charge me for the labor of a least a half hour. I don't ever expect this but this is why I would always bring my vehicle to Rick . Just good guys.

My Jeep Rubicon was having some pretty major problems with intermittent starting issues. I foolishly took it into the dealership where they kept it for a week and couldn’t figure out the problem. I have now learned my lesson. Rick and RPM not only found and corrected the problem, but they were courteous, professional, and even pleasant to deal with. Having only recently moved here I feel very fortunate to have found RPM!
