By far one of the best shops I have ever been to. I am an avid car guy who owns a couple of performance cars and a classic , so I am careful who I let work on them. Every visit is pleasant, informative and productive. The Owner Rick is actually involved in the daily operations, and takes the time to show/explain everything his technicians find as a potential issue with your car. Nate the technician is one of the best when it comes to diagnosing, and all employees seem happy and productive every time I am there. RPM has also simplified maintenance. Rick handed me one sheet with recommended services and how often they should be done. No three page price list that is confusing and scary as I have experienced at dealers. The pricing is always fair and they always shoot straight with me as to what I need and what I can put off for a while. No smoke and mirrors, no hidden costs, no rip offs.
