Dropped in for an impromptu late afternoon oil change. The service manager was cheerful, welcoming, engaging, interactive and spirited. After a quick review and consideration of their in-progress work load, she fit me right in - almost immediately. The technician was completely professional - highly competent, thorough and extremely knowledgeable about my specific vehicle. They went over and above by examining and reporting the status, condition and integrity of virtually all mechanical systems and components of my vehicle - with gentle advisories for recommended services; and helpful suggestions for long term care. It was a pleasurable experience. I'm very satisfied and would recommend RPM to anyone.
