I was recommended to this shop by my bother in law who's has been a mechanic most of his life. They are very nice and are not pushy and trying to get you to use them. The staff was very patient with answering the questions I had about the problems they found with my car.They tell you what problem or problems they find them let you choose as to what you want done. I have no complaints about the service from this shop and don't see the need to take my car anywhere.

Kyle has great customer service! Was disappointed with the time it took to get it back. Took it in on 7/17 and got it back on 7/29. Would suggest adding 1-2 days more to when you think it would be ready to account for any unexpected delays. Your customers will appreciate getting it sooner rather than later.

Hi Monica! Thank you for the honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay. There were parts issues that delayed the completion of the engine installation. We try to be proactive on ordering parts and rarely there is a variation that we could not predict. None-the-less, we would like to extend an offer for two free oil changes on your vehicle for the inconvenience of having to wait two additional days. Thanks again for the feedback!-Rick
