Rick was great to work with and explained in detail what all needed to be done and why and what the cost would be along with explaining what would happen if something were not to be repaired. Certainly there are many charities out there that that do good works. Many do not have very good exposure, your letter citing your own personal experience is very moving. To me there is nothing more disdainful than a person who would do harm to an innocent child. You are to be commended for bring this to our attention. Charlie Higgins

Professional, courteous, informative, and honest. All traits I'm not sure I could ever attribute to an auto repair shop before. A very pleasant experience overall (except the fact that I had to take my vehicle in to begin with!)

Awesome as always! Came in for an oil change and exhaust rattle. They fixed the rattle for free (minor adjustment of a pipe that was hitting the floor of the car), did a full inspection of all major systems, rotated my tires, and did a full synthetic oil change... All for $40! Amazing!During the inspection they took me out to the bay and pointed out any concerns they found... Minor oil leak (which I was aware of... It's a 26 year old Ford :) ), and that my front brake pads were very low (which I was not aware of, but can remedy on my own). It was great to go through everything with them, and glad they pointed out the brake issue, so I can get it taken care of!As always, everyone was super friendly! Thanks again!
