I thought it was awesome that they emailed me the quote I asked for instead of calling; I feel like I understand more when I read it. They are very good at explaining things in a way that the average person can understand. I am never worried that RPM would tell me to do something that isn't really necessary, and they helped me prioritize my maintenance work so I wasn't spending a whole lot at once.

Thank you!!! We are here to make customers happy - we just happen to do that through auto repair.

As always, I received excellent service. Jason hunted down my weird tires and found me a set at a reasonable price, and he even called me at home to let me know I left my book behind and offered to keep it until I return! RPM provides customer service that goes above and beyond, and I always feel I am getting just what my car needs and no more at the best possible price. As a matter of fact, on my previous visit, I told them I was sure I needed new tires and they told me I had plenty of use left in them. How many places would pass up the chance to sell a set of tires??

Thanks SO much Marlaine! Yes, we are pretty big on honesty around here. The relationship with you is way more important to us than a few bucks today.

Awesome experience! I posted up a concise review on Google and Yelp (under "Jay B") if you want to check it out. Thanks!

Thank you Jason! And thanks for the great email, we already shared it with our guys. That is why we are here. Unfortunately doing the right thing is the exception in auto repair. We believe it should be the rule but we are glad our competitors haven't figured that out yet! We look forward to seeing you next time.

Relatively new to Savannah, and have been looking for a good shop to take my vehicles to. Word of mouth pointed me towards RPM, and my experience today sealed the deal. I will not be going anywhere else. Full disclosure... I'm a guy that tries to do whatever he can on his own cars, but sometimes going to a place with things like lifts, air tools, and the like is better than busting my own knuckles in the driveway. I'm quite mechanically oriented, which helps when selecting and using a shop for jobs I can't (or don't want to) do myself. To start... Everything in RPM's facility is CLEAN! The waiting area is spotless with free soda and coffee, and there is a huge window overlooking the service bay that didn't have a single fingerprint on it. Nice furniture, TONS of magazines, and there's a couple places (Zaxby's, BK and McDs, and a few others) within walking distance for grub if you're waiting for your car. Jason, the service advisor, was more than accommodating. I came in on a budget to have work done on a car that I am selling, and was more than willing to allow me to source parts from a local Advance Auto, as there was a significant cost difference between them and his supplier (they recommended I do this, as they don't have the ability to buy retail parts, yet realized it'd save me $). Grabbed the parts myself, and they were more than happy to put them in. Nate, the tech that worked on my car, was awesome! He took me out to the service bay and showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. He was understanding about letting me leave with the car briefly to save $100 out of pocket on parts, and jumped right back on it when I returned. He was on point, cordial, and professional. The best thing? The "book time" for my job (subframe bushings on a Chrysler Concorde) was 2.5 hours. I was quoted around $225 in labor for the job. That said, Nate finished the job in around half the time (including having to use a torch to undo a rusty bolt), and at a total cost of $125. Amazing! I've been to a LOT of shops over the years, and have never seen this standard of service. To put it simply, I'm blown away. As a car guy myself, THIS is how to run a shop. Don't fear coming here... They'll do you right.

I have never had such a great experience at an auto repair shop. The aesthetics of the shop are so welcoming. The staff is friendly and courteous. Last but not least they are honest. As long as I'm in Savannah I will take my car to RPM

Wow, Tabatha, those are fantastic words and we so appreciate you taking time to write them! I will be sure to let the guys know and we are very happy to have you with us. Yes, honesty is a HUGE issue with us. I'd rather lose money than have a customer think we ripped them off. So happy to have you as one of our new customers!

RPM does excellent work and they include you in what they're doing every step of the way. Transparency is the name of the game here. The waiting area is separated from the shop by a massive window so you can watch them work on your car. Before they do any work on your car they will ask you what you want to have done. They brought me a printed list of the things that needed to be fixed on my decades-old Explorer and and told me what needed to be taken care of that day and what could wait, with prices included. They also brought me out and showed me the complications with the repairs and explained them in layman's terms. There are no surprises here; they never come back with a huge bill for work you didn't even know was being done, like other places I've been. They get the work done quickly too. Before my appointment they had already ordered any parts they thought I might need so I wouldn't have to wait for parts to arrive. They even drove the car around for a little while to make sure everything was in running order before they sent me on my way. If you need any work done on your vehicle, whether it's an oil change or a huge repair, this is the place to go.

Thank you! Those are some very kind words and we really appreciate it. We are more than happy to be here for you and to provide this level of customer service, that's what we are here for! Glad to have you with us Caitlyn.
