Yesterday was my first visit to RPM Autoworx and my experience was enjoyable. I got an appointment the same day and was out the door under an hour. The service was excellent, the customer waiting area was very contemporary, and the staff took the time to show and explain to me a mechanical fault to be concerned about in the near future. I posted a comment earlier that I was disappointed in tire pressure that RPM installed after a tire change. NOW I see that 45 psi is well within the sidewall max pressure of 51psi for my tires. No fault of RPM for sending me out with 45 psi! I am learning how sensitive my car is to matched tire pressures!

I brought my Mercedes SLK320 in with an odd vibration from the engine. RPM got in there and figured out what was going on and gave me an estimate. My bill was right on the money and my Baby is running perfectly!!
