I just moved to the area and went to RPM to replace brake pads. My previous Ford dealer said they were down to 3mm thick and said they needed replacement, but I never actually saw them. Shortly after settling in to RPM's comfortable, clean, and wi-fi enabled waiting room, Rick came over and asked me to come look at something on my car, which was up on the lift. He showed me my brake pads which were 6mm wide and said they are fine and most certainly do not need replacement. He didn't have to do that and it was clear he had my best interests in mind; it clearly wasn't just about the money. It was obvious the previous dealer either didn't properly inspect the brakes or was trying to make a quick buck. I suspect the latter. Even though Rick didn't receive my business that day, he certainly earned my trust as well as a return customer.

A great experience! The owner is very nice, the shop is beautiful and they have amazing mechanics. Do your car a favor and take it here, you won't regret it!
