I bought my car in to have an oil change today. The mechanic saw a few things that needed immediate attention. He came into the waiting area and asked if I would come into the shop with him because he wanted to show me something on my car. The mechanics have never done this before, so it was different. Nonetheless, I appreciated him showing me and explaining the issues and what I needed to do. The mechanic was very thorough, very professional and called me by my name which makes it more personal. I am very pleased with the service that I received and the next time I go back, I will be requesting the same mechanic!! : )
