I don’t usually trust just anyone with my big boy’s toys. I would rather do the work myself than to take them to a repair shop. Rick and I have a 20 yr history starting in aerospace and therefore Rick and I have the same standards when it comes to quality, attention to details and customer service and that reflects in the technicians he hires and the quality of work that comes out of his Service Center of excellence...RPM Autoworx!!! So...taking my BMW to RPM was a no brainer and they did not disappoint. The engine replacement on my BMW was no small task and Nate’s knowledge in German Engineering, attention to details and outstanding work ethics made the project a success!! I had a major problem with my truck engine. The repairs were made. The truck was clean when I picked it up. The tech even came to the front desk with the damaged parts he had to replace. He showed me the problem, explained why the repair had to be made in layman's terms so I could understand. The service i received was top notch!
