Very nice people and establishment

Rick and JoBeth were very professional and helpful during my recent visit. I have never experienced a car shop like this ever! My vehicle was taken back to the shop at the appointment time by Jason the technician, who diagnosed the issues within an hour. Rick took me to my vehicle to explain the findings, and Jobeth had a very fair estimate ready at the same time. I approved the work, which was completed within the time frame promised. My vehicle now runs great. Rick manages this shop like a well oil machine and RPM Autoworx truly defines the meaning of professionalism.

Outstanding Customer service! I was running late and the technicians stayed there, after business hours, until I could make it through traffic. Very friendly and professional staff. This is my new "go-to" auto shop.
