My routine maintenance appointment was most definitely the best and most educational experience I have had in over 10 years of owning vehicles. The owner took a personal interest in helping me better understand the maintenance performed and needed on my vehicle as well as assured me that my recently purchased used vehicle was in great condition. As a younger female customer, this speaks volumes of the character and type of business represented at RPM!

RPM is the only shop in Savannah you should take your vehicle to Rick and Moira care about each customer and always go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied. They also only hire employees' that share the same passion for customer service they have including Jo Beth and Nate. It is truly a different experience then any other automative spot I have ever been to. Honesty is rare to find in the auto repair industry and RPM is the most honest repair shop in the area without any doubt. I have been taking all my vehicles to them for many years and would never go anywhere else.

Always friendly, welcoming--- very personal! They know each customer by name! Great mechanics! Also excellent problem solvers! They don't push added repairs. They are honest & straightforward.l It's a pleasure!
