As always, Rick and everyone at RPM were wonderful. I've had replace a lot of things in my aging car over the past couple of years, and Rick always knows how to balance the safety of my family with what my wallet can afford. I know that I will never leave RPM in a vehicle that Rick wouldn't feel safe driving his own kids home in. That means a lot. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

Waiting area clean and comfortable, can view mechanics completing work. Work was professional and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend based upon customer service, honesty and trustworthiness of staff. Positive experience.

All I can say is....WOW! This shop operates completely differently than all others, in a great way! Brought my car in for diagnosis, got so much more! One fee of $116 found three issues on my car. Not only did they diagnose the original problem I brought to their attention, but they found that my battery was not going to last much longer and also found a brake leak at my wheel cylinder that could have been disastrous. Great job, Great value!

RPM is -THE- place to go. I've never been to an auto repair shop with such friendly customer service, mechanics and a good bunch of people. I recently had my 73' Hearse taken in for inspection and possible repair. Even though we decided to not finish the project up, They were still great, Knowledgeable and were very willing to work with me on it. GO TO RPM ! The crypt keeper sent ya.

As always the staff was courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. The waiting area is comfortable and having wifi and drinks available makes it no hassle to wait for my car to be finished.
