I have taken my vehicles to RPM for two years. I have two fairly new cars that have required sevices and diagnostics to fix the problems. The business is extremely customer oriented and very professional. I have never had an issue with their work or costs.In fact, they go the extra step to ensure you are satisfied and their workmanship is excellant!

Had two tires mounted and balanced and an alignment.

RPM once again has proven to be the best place to get repair work done. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic. They bend over backwards to get the work done in a timely fashion at a cost that will not break the bank.

RPM is by far the best non-franchise car repair place. Courteous and professional help. Don't feed you a line to increase what they charge. They know that fair price and superior work gain repeat business. Folks talk to you with the facts and are interested in providing a safe vehicle for you and your family. Would bring all my vehicles for regular service and more complex items.

When I walked in to RPM it was clean and well designed. I had just walked in and up to the front desk and was immediately approached by The owner who shook my hand, which I loved b/c I'm a female and there wasn't any condescension. They inspected, drove with me to hear noise, and came up with a repair outline. All with total consideration and respect.I was as impressed leaving as I was the first time I set foot in their shop. I will definitely go back.
