Savannah Auto Repair

Took my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in for an issue with air not blowing out of vents. Rick came in the “lounge area” and told me what the issue was, what it would take to to fix it, etc. Took it back a week later (had to wait on part) and Rick and his team had me in and out in 45 mins (was expecting 2 hours! Excellent staff and place - I will return for maintenance things as well as any other issues that may arise in the future. Highly recommend if you are in need of awesome, trustworthy, excellent service and people.

Last week I had my car towed to RPM Autoworx because it ran hot and shut off. I’ve been always been impressed with their customer service and professionalism. They diagnosed the problem with my BMW quickly and researched and found another engine for me. However, I just couldn’t afford an engine replacement at this time. I will return for future repairs. I will recommend them to anyone I know. Rick was very helpful and communicated very well.

I handle most of my own automotive repairs, so I’m quite selective about where I take my vehicles. Rick and his team are always willing to address any questions or concerns related to repairs. Other automotive shops could learn a thing or two from them. Dwayne, who worked on my vehicle, even provided some helpful advice for my next repair, which I greatly appreciated.

Recently had an oil change & before my car was a bit sluggish…They recommended I put another oil type in my car that I never used & my car is running like a champ…My charger is pulling like it has a v12 engine which is way better than before & I will be back for anything else & plus tell my ppl about them…..HIGHLY RECOMMEND💯💯

I have taken my 2006 Ram 1500 to RPM twice for heavy maintenance that I'm no longer to do myself. Since then I have recommended them to everyone that needs a Trust Worthy mechanic locally.

My daughter's co-workers (the "motor heads", she said) recommended RPM as THE place for repairs. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly and professional, made sure I knew the cost up front, and all the extra checks they perform. Couldn't be happier with the service and result. I will certainly be returning for any repairs in the future. Great waiting area, too!
