After owning my car for 15 years, which means 15 years of dealing with various auto repair businesses, most of them bad. I have finally found a real customer-oriented business to deal with moving forward. This company, RPM Autoworx treated me like I was important to their business. I had my car towed to their shop and was immediately informed of the problems and what it would cost to make the repairs. They were thorough, detail oriented, and communicated in a manner I could understand. They immediately ordered the parts and kept me aware of the progress during the repair. It is comforting to know I can now count on RPM and their dedicated mechanics and staff who were honest in dealing with me.
