Greg was amazing; super helpful and honest. He listened to the problems my car was having and remained true to his word that his techs would give a thorough diagnosis and honest feedback. Late review for good reason. I’ve waited to write this to be sure I am making an honest assessment. The customer service / communication between me the shop representative (Greg) was top notch. I knew the status of my vehicle every step of the way. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I drove it for approximately two months and received the recommended 250 mile oil change before writing this review. I am extremely pleased with the engine replacement. My vehicle is a classic and it runs just as well, if not better than my newer vehicles. I recommend RPM to anyone looking for honest, timely communication and pridefully done labor.

These guys went above and beyond to get my Suburban repaired so I could head home to Florida. I needed a new battery and alternator and when the parts arrived later that day, they stayed late and came in early the next day to get the job done. RPM Autoworx went above and beyond to repair my Suburban, knowing I had a long drive back home to Florida. Thanks You!!
