My first experience with RPM Autoworx was very good. 1. The online appointment system work perfectly, I fill it and get a confirmation email the following day. 2. The shop reception was friendly and polite. 3. The service was great, the diagnostic was done properly, estimation given clearly and recommendations made. I'm very satisfy with the service and will be back.

Rick and his crew got my vehicle in quickly. They also quickly diagnosed my issue and put my mind at ease that my vehicle was safe to drive and it was not an expensive fix. I appreciate the quick responses and straight forward guidance and work. Definitely will be bringing my truck back here for all it's needs!

Bryce was excellent and a professional. A shop in Bluffton charged me $3600 dollars to not even fix the issues I was having with my Nissan Rogue. I brought my car to RPM and they were honest and explained why I was still having these issues. I appreciate RPM and they will be me mechanic shop going forward. I recommend RPM to all for their expertise and professionalism. Thank you all!
