⭐⭐⭐⭐️ I had a great experience with RPM, and I especially want to recognize Bryce for his excellent customer service! He was professional, helpful, and kept me updated every step of the way. Bryce made sure to call and explain what was going on with my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely takes the time to communicate and make sure you understand everything. Thank you, Bryce, for making this experience as smooth and stress-free as possible! RPM is lucky to have you. I definitely appreciate the great service and would recommend RPM to anyone needing a mechanic.

I was having transmission issues. Another auto repair place quoted me $2300 for a torque converter which might not prevent needing a new transmission. Some friends suggested a second opinion at RPM. Instead of just jumping into/ pushing a new transmission, they did some research and discovered a General Motors TSB 16-NA-175, which suggested using a different fluid, seals, etc. Sort of a recall. They did give me an estimate on a new transmission but the TSB only cost $600. Bryce was very clear that it isn’t guaranteed it will be the solution (50/50) but at least he found that option.🤞 We’ll Be back even though it’s a a bit inconvenient due to where we live.

Awesome service! The guys were quick, friendly and engaging. The oil change was smooth and the waiting area was very cozy. I will be using them as my primary shop in Savannah.

I highly recommend this shop. Most places will not touch a Volkswagen. Happy I found a place that will and knows what they’re talking about. They were honest and thorough. Bryce was so patient and understanding. For someone who doesn’t know much about cars, not once did I ever feel unsure about their recommendations or feel talk-down to. Professionalism from start to finish. Great team, I will use them again.
