I chose RPM because of their rating and comments by other satisfied customers, and they did not disappoint when I took my van to them. It was not a simple diagnosis, but they did find what was wrong with the van. Although I chose not to get the van repaired because of the the cost to repair a 2016, I was 100% satisfied. They had great customer service by keeping me informed each step of the way by phone, email and text. If I ever need to have a vehicle repaired, I would choose RPM.

Rick & Brice were outstanding! From the get go they were communicative, professional & knowledgable. I had taken my ford f-150 to other shops and they had misdiagnosed the problem or weren’t able to work on the vehicle. Although my car had a longer than expected stay, they ensured I knew what was happening and kept me up to date on what needed to happen. Thanks RPM Team!

I had issues with my 2006 Chrysler 300 and after multiple setbacks, they were still very committed to figuring out my electrical issues without extra charges when they could've. Great group of people.
