Very customer service driven group of guys!!! My little Sonata had some major issues that comes along with an aging vehicle(13yrs), but shes got a great deal of life left. Only 138k miles. They started with the cheapest remedy just in case. Ended up having to replace an entire steering column, wich cost more than the car blue book value, but worth it to me, I'm in no place to p purchase new. They were upfront, fair, and my overall experience could have been worse had I gone elsewhere. Thank you so much Brice and the RPM team!!!

The team communicated well with me regarding my issue, even sending an estimate and following up with a phone call to discuss the course of action. They accommodated my tight schedule and completed the work more quickly than expected. Everyone was respectful, friendly, and polite. I would do business with them again in the future.

My car sat at Walmart Auto Care from September 8 to September 25. I had it towed to RPM Autoworx on the 25 the late . The next day they replaced the alternator and battery blew up my tires and checked my fluids. My is neat.

Very friendly staff, and they offered to show me what was going on with the vehicle instead of just telling me. They were honest about the issue and did not use it as an opportunity to try to sell me any services I didn't need. I used to manage a garage, and in my opinion, these guys are fantastic. I will definitely be back if I need a shop in the future.
