I chose RPM because of their rating and comments by other satisfied customers, and they did not disappoint when I took my van to them. It was not a simple diagnosis, but they did find what was wrong with the van. Although I chose not to get the van repaired because of the the cost to repair a 2016, I was 100% satisfied. They had great customer service by keeping me informed each step of the way by phone, email and text. If I ever need to have a vehicle repaired, I would choose RPM.
