Very impressed.First time visitor.Volvo Service.Very reasonable rates.Didn't want to leave the nice lobby area.WiFi and computer table is helpful.Nice folks.

As I said when I left "as usual, it was a pleasure!" It was quick, I was comfortable while waiting, and I was so pleasantly suprised to hear that I did not need any extra services or tires or brake work, etc. I trust RPM and drive into town especially to take my car there.

I'm always picky about who is working on our cars espcially since I've worked at a dealership. These guys are it. Took our car in and instead of the problem being what I thought it was (a new clucth) it was a lesser component to the clutch problem which meant less money!! Very few places would have been that honest!!! They keep in touch and explain everything. Highly recomended!!!!

These ppl could've easily told me I needed an alignment and charged me instead they called me and told me everything is fine. They tell u everything up front about prices up front and don't charge any hidden fees or labor cost. They also showed me potential problems at no cost and didn't try to get over on me like other repair shops. They won me over.

Mr Nevels, so glad we happily surprised you! We can't lie to our customers because many are or have become our good friends. And we will see you around town, at school, in the grocery store so when you see one of us, we want to be able to genuinely smile at you because we know we did the right thing by you.
