It's not every day you find a place that hits the mark in every aspect of customer service and quality, but that's exactly what you get at RPM. I took two of my vehicles in for scheduled maintenance and the team performed all required checks and services. No added mess or gimmicks, just straight-forward maintenance at a fair price. Communication was top notch and although I didn't wait onsite while they worked, I definitely could have done so in their comfortable and very clean lobby. Incredibly satisfied with the work and I will be using RPM for ALL of my vehicle maintenance needs going forward. Thank you guys!

These days honesty in the automotive industry seems to be going down, while these guys are trying to make sure you get the best deal and make sure the work you want is the actual work you need. My first experience with RPM Autoworx was very good. 1. The online appointment system work perfectly, I fill it and get a confirmation email the following day. 2. The shop reception was friendly and polite. 3. The service was great, the diagnostic was done properly, estimation given clearly and recommendations made.
