I recently brought my car into RPM to have the water pump, serpentine belt, and thermostat replaced on my 2018 Mustang GT. Having used them before, I expected a good experience-and once again they delivered. I chose RPM because of their rating and comments by other satisfied customers, and they did not disappoint when I took my van to them. It was not a simple diagnosis, but they did find what was wrong with the van. Although I chose not to get the van repaired because of the the cost to repair a 2016, I was 100% satisfied.
